A Conversation with the River Ritec

Flowing swiftly through the Ritec Valley, from St Florence and out to the sea at Tenby, This beautiful little river flows through the heart of the village, and over these past few weeks has been the cause of contnued flooding in Tenby, causing several roads to be impassable. Perhaps not suprising, because long ago, this whole area, was once a navigable waterway, with the sea streching inland and ships able to sail right up the Mill in St Florence. But since land reclamation and the construction of the Railway Embankmant in the 1800's, the sea and the river have been seperated and controlled. So now the river is channelled directly into the sea. Whereas once, they would have been one dance, one movement.
Like breath in, and out.

I had felt drawn to to come and meet this River ths past week. I know it, but not on any intimate level. So I was curious to see what may arise. I came with an openness both in heart and mind, and a simple question to show me what you would like me to know.

This is what came.

 The Ritec River.

Fast. Smooth Clear Flow.

Each River having its own unique energetic prints, like that of a fingerprint.

With those swirls and whirls within. Each one. Unique.

Stillness.

No, Rushing, Faster

An Eagerness. To get there.  To get some where.

An excitement of al........most.

And knowing this, A knowing....of where it's going.

Home

to

the

Source.

The return.

The Journeys End, and Beginning. An End and Beginning.

A destination.

And to its side. A man-made side flow. Taking you off to somewhere else.

Deep down under.

Where are you going? Sucked down. Ripples lines. Destination, unknown.

One way going left, one way going right, down deep within.

Surface and Depth. All one flow. All one River. All one.

Holding both.

The spiralling swirls

And whirls within us all.

This is the one where excitement holds the uplifting.

And then, Across the way. The Rushing River.

Fast flowing. Down man-made steps.

A Rushing Rage of  Excitement Froths.

That eagerness, so light in it's frequency.

Goosebumps on the skin.

Water gushing. Returns again. So that's where you went!

And now, you return.

Channel separated only to rejoin again.

The path narrows. The channel deepens.

And yet still, this lightness, uplifting energy. Spirraling upwards, so so light.

In excitment, the rush to get there.

Yet, also I feel your centeredness.

This is not kitty childish.

Untethered energy.

But Ascended Resurrection.

You show me, that

Joined by others, makes us stronger.

Like you, We are formed, shaped energetically

By the Earth directly beneath us.

Where we live, where we walk, The energy that flows. The structure there. Shapes our energy, our patterns, our dance.

And you, your energy you bring,  A sweetness, that is just...

So sweet.

Such beauty within, the frequency of this River. This kind of sweet...ness.

Like nectar, that flows across the land.

Seen through a window, a doorway.

Open onto water and light.

Hold on, the focus is

Light and water. Water and light.

Oh, this is nice.

This river shapes our land, our land shapes the river and us and all.

Just.

Don't

Block

The

Flow.

The river must flow.

The Centredness within the River, is like an arrow shooting through the dark

Be Centred.

Be like the arrow. Shooting through the dark. Hitting its mark,

Centred True Vision. True sight is centred. The Arrow meeting its Mark.

A string, pulled back, Like Artemis.

True Sightedness. Confidence. Knowingness.

The release. The travelling of the arrow centred and its true meeting, of its mark

Centred and true. Lke the River.

And there is...

Willow.

Holding the space. Bearing Slent Witness.

Big hearted Willow.  Whispering as the River rushes by.

And so, We return to the beginning where I first met you.

Your big beautiful heart energy.

Centre. . It all flows from here.

I love you.

Thank you River.
